Pythagorean Theorem Question

Pythagorean Theorem  states that the square of the hypotenuse (the side opposite the right angle) is equal to the sum of the squares of the other two sides.

Question : Find the area of rectangle ABCD shown in Fig A if perimeter of the rectangle is 80 .
                   Given AE = 20 , AF = 25 and CF = 9 ;

Answer :   AB = 16 , BC = 24 and Area = 384
